Effective 07/01/95 the tax rate was $.25 per pack of 20.
Effective 05/01/99 the tax rate was $.30 per pack of 20.
Effective 07/01/03 the tax rate was $.50 per pack of 20.
Effective 01/01/10 the tax rate was $.75 per pack of 20.
Effective 07/01/10 the tax rate is $.85 per pack of 20.
