Effective 07/01/04 the tax rate was $.30 per pack of 20.
Effective 07/01/09 the tax rate was $.60 per pack of 20.
Effective 08/01/14 the tax rate is $.55 per pack of 20.
Effective 07/01/18 the tax rate is $.75 per pack of 20.
