Effective 07/01/93 the tax rate was $.20 per pack of 20.
Effective 07/01/02 the tax rate was $.30 per pack of 20.
Effective 07/01/03 the tax rate was $.50 per pack of 20.
Effective 08/01/07 the tax rate was $.75 per pack of 20.
Effective 07/01/17 the tax rate is $.85 per pack of 20.
